Treats and Cake Maker Contract

Treat makers and bakers alike must have protection when selling and preparing edible items to the public. There are legal restrictions about which you must be informed and by which you must abide. Because you are making and selling food to the general public, you must conscientiously obey food safety laws.  This covers basic guidelines that every treatmaker should abide by.  Consequently we do that claim that this contract will protect you in anyway it is your responsbiblity to seek legal councel to review the term and condtions stated with this contract.
